Commission Terms of Service
by commissioning me in any way, you're agreeing that you've read and accept terms below;

General
•all pieces are meant for personal use only•
•unless requested (and agreed upon) otherwise, all pieces can and will be used for promotion of my work on social media•
•sharing and posting on social media is only allowed for versions, that contain my watermark•
•if you refuse to accept these terms, your commission will be declined•
•please look at my other work and make sure you like my style, requests for stylistic changes are not appreciated and i likely won't be able to do a good job in that case anyway•
•all breaches of my t.o.s will result in blacklisting you (if violated on purpose)•
Payment
•payments will accepted after a simple sketch of your piece is approved by you•
•all payments will be done through paypal•
•the only accepted currency is €•
•direct payment from the commissioner or an invoice for me are both possible options•
•all payments should be done upfront. if paying upfront is not possible, at least a half of the price must be payed upfront, and the rest before the completion of the piece (let me know, if paying the whole price is not possible at the moment)•
•since payments are made after your approval of the sketch, no refund requests will be accepted•
process
•the proper drawing process only starts after the payment part is concluded, never before•
•you'll be recieving update shots once significant process is made (e.x.: lineart finished, flat colours are in place, some shading is done, etc.)•
•feel free to request progress info in case i don't update you in a while, or even if you're just curious about how are things looking•
•if i don't recieve any feedback within 10 days after sending you the final version of the commission, the process is considered finished and no further changes will be made (unless you let me know you'll be unavailable beforehand)•
•minor colouring/marking mistakes or other errors on my behalf can be corrected up to a month after the commission is finished. this doesn't apply if you change the character design after the piece is finished and you want me to change the piece 'accordingly'•
•i'll always inform you how long i think the whole process will take during the sketching stage of the commission. i do not always have too much free time, this means your commission can take a few days to complete, or 3 weeks (or less/more)•

*i won't be changing my style to that of a particular show to fit an OC created for that universe
